The reason i made this table was because plugins like PEC, while they work wonders for certain areas of the game, Additions happened to be one area that PEC fell flat on. repeat for each addition for each character. Use the addition once more in game and presto you have an instant lvl 5 80/80 addition. You would then change that value to 1 below max (79). You'd go back into the search function and type in 7 then hit NEXT (not new) and repeat this process til there is only one matching segment of code in the viewer. so say for instance Dart has double slash at 5/20 at lvl 1 you would enter 5 into the search on cheat engine and let it give you results, then get into a battle and lets say you did this addition twice. If you'd like to know how i made the tables i started with an unknown initial value search via Byte each time you use the addition search with an increased value by how many times you used the addition in the last battle. Also the tables were made during a playthrough on an NTSC (USA) copy. So i doubt this table is completely compatible with your version of EPSXE. this table i made was using epsxe 1.8.0, as I havent updated it in some time. If anyone fancies playing about with the addition % code just use unknown initial value on 1 byte, its really easy to find.ĭepends on what you want to edit specifically, and how well you know the way cheat engine functions. Oh and I went through all the items in the game and made an item mod list: I also have made headers for each category so all Darts mods are in the Dart header which can be collapsed/expanded with the left/right arrow keys just for neatness. basically I scanned for Darts Blazing Dynamo (capped at 450% damage) as an unknown innitial value (1 byte) then played about with the level (which in some cases reduced it to 250%) and kept doing it till I found one number, which when modded can up it from 450% to 950% and then only for 1 battle and only for Darts first attack (which did crazy damage) then it went back to 450% even when frozen and for some reason another line in the BD changed (like the level of it changed from 5 to some random number or the 950% would change and it would be 490%) and when modded again it mods whatever number it moves to. Then the not so common: Equipment modifier, carried item modifier, addition level mod (to which you can mod as an example Kongol's Bone Crush to do 450% damage (up from 300%), and I found a strange bug that I haven't been able to work the kinks out of it. So I dug out the old ePSXe emulator (version 1.7.0) and decided to have another bash at Legend of the Dragoon, after a while of playing about with the latest CE I found a couple of nice mods and decided I should share them with you guys, what I have are the following:įirst the common: currency/encounter/stardust listĪll Characters with their exp/hp/addition mods Posted: Sun 5:00 pm Post subject: Legend of the Dragoon.
